2012 ECC will continue in the line of the 2011 ECC and feature a Softball Program, meaning that all participants will be able to registrate to either the Baseball or the Softball program of the European Coach Clinic. Ofcourse some of the Subject can be applied for both and will be followed by everyone.

We found in the preparations for this year that its challenging to have participants sign in to the Softball Clinics and will be inviting all participants early for the next year!

Furthermore we would already like you to know that the 2012 26th European Coach Clinic will be in the weekend of 8/9 December 2012!

The weekend of 10/11 December 2011 has been great!

We’ve had great responses from the participants during the weekend. This is what makes the weekend a great experience for the organizers as well. We would hereby like to thank all the participants for joining and we hope that everyone has experienced this weekend according to their expectations. Learning about Vision-training and experiencing how difficult it is to read the ball, literally reading the numbers and letters on the dices while mid-air. Discussing with Tom O’Connel, Dave Schuler and Roger LaFrancois about classic drills and Dutch versus American views on training. Hearing from Brian Farley about his preparation for the World Championship in Panama, feeling the atmosphere in Panama by seeing Brian’s speech to his team in advance to the Final Game against Cuba, certainly inspiring for everyone! We also know that participants were discussing and talking about the subjects in breaks, lunches, dinner and late in the evening while having a extra cold Heineken beer

There was a good balance in the number of participants, guests, speakers and organizational staff so there were no surprising delays or changes in the program. This in addition to the quality of the speeches, the diversion within the program, the hospitality of the hotel staff and the energy of the participants made this years European Coach Clinic to a great edition. But even now we feel like this years Clinic was a succes, we will keep striving for improvements on any matter. Most participants have informed us by filling in an evaluation sheet, which will give us ideas for the 2012 ECC.

The 26th European Coach Clinic will be on 8/9 December 2012, so you can allready note this and be sure of a weekend with nothing but great speakers once more!
